But the inspiration has always been the same!!\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003eYou see, I collect old books. Antique and vintage, a variety of styles, the great leather ones and the classic fabric ones. I always seek out the ones with good titles on the top of the pages and I often seek out unique song books. In one of these song books, I found the title of a traditional gospel song to be “His Eye is on the Sparrow”. It peaked my curiosity, as I am always drawn to birds (at the time I even had an antique bird cage in my shop with three little finches: Toulouse, Talulah and Mignon). I started digging and discovered the origin of the song and its roots to be grounded in the Matthew 6:25-27 Bible verse!!
